It would be really nice to have some some keyboard-note mapping options. I mean, this is pretty fun on it's own, but it's pretty hard to pull off fast notes with the mouse alone.
Other than that, this is pretty neat.
I seriously could do a keyboard map however I couldnt think of one that made sense.
I am open for suggestions though.

Also, you could have put in a little more creative effort than just ripping off street fighter, dbz, marvel, etc. Actually, I'm surprised that you can rip so much in a game that generates ad revenue.
That said, I can still appreciate the technical side; having done some programming in my spare time, I know how hard even the seemingly simple stuff can be (not to mention 3D games), so I'll give you a 3/5 instead of a 0.
I think I found a bug..
It looks like there is nothing preventing me from spawning additional instances of the in-game menu.
You could just add a "state" boolean to keep track if a menu object is already added. Then just include that in a conditional, right before you send the menu object to the display.
That aside, the game is quite neat.

PS: Is it written in AS2 or AS3?
Ooooh, nice bug catch! You're right, a boolean state variable would fix that quick.
The game is programmed in Actionscript 3.0. It's my second major project in this language. The first one was 'Monsters of Rock'. I still have a lot to learn, though. The API is much more robust and powerful.
